Chris let his first property in 2002, and has since built up a residential property portfolio in various parts of London and the East Midlands. He set up PropertyBell after he realised that once he took over management of his properties, the tenants just stayed longer. Chris is accredited by the National Landlords Association. 

Chris previously spent 15 years as a senior executive at Shell, where he had a number of senior roles in marketing and operations in the Fuels Retail Business and in strategy for the Downstream business.  

He has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
