WHO WE ARE
We manage residential property for investors in South West London. We currently manage properties in Battersea and Wandsworth Town.
We offer a full care property management service, with a suite of services from property listing on the major online portals, through tenant selection, to property maintenance. Our primary focus is on setting up tenancies that last.
We can afford to be attractively priced for a full care service, because we do not pay the overheads of a large corporate set up or high street shops. We charge a management fee of 10 per cent of the rent received. This compares to a range of 15.6% to 20.4% for a typical high street agent in South West London, once you take VAT into account.

- So firstly we aim to get the rent levels right. Too high and tenants leave (a common mistake). Too low and you bleed value.
- Secondly we have a solid process for selecting tenants. It is not enough for applicants to show interest. We use interviewing techniques borrowed from the corporate world to maximise the chances of selecting the right candidates.
- Thirdly, we build a professional and supportive relationship with tenants once they have moved in.
- Finally we keep on top of maintenance. If it needs doing, it needs doing properly. Tenants really see the added value when you take their problems seriously.
